BVI Vacation Villas has evolved from years of travelling around the British Virgin Islands & in particular Tortola & Virgin Gorda. The BVI, feels like HOME!
When we first visited Tortola in 1992, we thought this would be another fabulous holiday in a beach location. We instantly fell in love with this delightful picturesque island & have been visiting Tortola for about 29 years now. Not quite retired yet, means we cannot spend our time in this wonderful location as much as we would like to. But, we try to walk barefoot, as often as we can!
So, marketing Villas on Tortola, just came about, through meeting Friends & Villa Owners on island. I helped a friend sell their Villa & rented it in the meantime. This opened up the world of Renting & Marketing Villas & the pleasure of seeing other guests enjoy Tortola for the very first time. We started with just renting villas a couple of villas in Long Bay on Tortola and as we become known by guests we started renting on the rest of Tortola. We now have a number of villas on Virgin Gorda and throughout The BVI.
The BVI has a year round climate, & in fact I particularly love August through to October here. The weather is fabulous & it’s a great getaway from the ‘fast pace’ of life! It starts with carnival in August and slowly winds down until the whole place picks up again in November Just perfect for a slow paced, relaxing time in some of the best islands in the world.
We strive to help guests tailor their trip, be it, a family trip or a party of friends enjoying time together. We'll help you explore what you're looking for & match the best villa option to meet your needs. We can help with Flight Routing, Car Rentals, Boat Rentals, Grocery Deliveries & trips to other in the BVI. We really enjoy the planning stage with potential guests, so we can make sure the trip is tailored to suit your every need, make it a special one. It might be a Big Birthday, Graduation Gift, Family Trip, Wedding Anniversary or Wedding, or a vacation with Friends.
When we are not working, we enjoy eating out, meeting friends, helping others. We endeavour to be spontaneous, quick thinking & positive to react to any question you might have. Both of us love providing Exceptional Service & it's more important to us that you really enjoy your vacation to the Islands.

The location on Long Bay gives incredible views and access to several restaurants within walking distance. Working with Neil was great, his responsiveness to questions about the villa, the area, and best ways to arrive made everything so easy for us. The villa is even more amazing than the pictures online, it’s well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and the pool area was amazing for catching the sunsets. Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful villa on Long Bay and working thru Neil and team for bookings.

My wife and I and three other couples were in this fabulous home in July of this year 2025. I can’t describe of how much an amazing property it is Neil, Anthony, and Jenny were amazing concierges of the property and made sure we had every accommodation we needed. Turnstone was simply amazing. This was my 7th BVI trip and I intend to stay here again. The location is perfect, just a short (about 3 minutes) walk down the quiet private lane and a sandy covered trail to reach beautiful Little Trunk Bay beach with its amazing granite boulders. Taking the path through over to the left side leads you to Spring Bay. These are two of the most beautiful beaches in the BVI and really in the entire Caribbean! The villa has been completely renovated and updated. It is nicely designed and laid out, very functional and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well-equipped with modern appliances, cookware and utensils. High quality is evident throughout. The villa grounds are beautiful and there is secluded privacy, including the pool area. Having a drink on the spacious deck or the upper pavilion is a dream, such a beautiful place to relax with friends and soak in the beauty of the island.

Neil of BVI Vacation Villas is Awesome, I just returned from a family trip to Tortola where we needed a large 5 bedroom villa. I started the planning late and Neil worked hard to find us the perfect villa from location to everything else I requested the villa to have. The great service did not end there, Neil helped provide SUV rentals to surf board straps, grocery delivery to the house before we arrived to restaurant, boat charter, scuba diving, and surf board rental advise. I have traveled to the Caribbean for many years staying at villas from St Lucia to St Barts and I can strongly say I have never received the high level of caring professional services that I received from Neil during any other villa stay.

We made it home safe and sound. Alfresco was paradise! The views were spectacular! We enjoyed the pool. It was awesome to take a shower and see the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. The ocean sounds were soothing to our souls and exactly what we needed. We enjoyed Long Bay beach, but decided snorkeling was best at Smugglers (once you found it:-)). We so appreciated all of the communication from you and your team. Everyone was a joy! Pinky was sweet to let me call her the day after we arrived and could not find our way home. She told us where to turn and talked us through. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay!. The weather was perfect. It was so memorable having my sister and my 92 yr old mother join us. After hearing about all our wonderful times on Tortola, she finally had a chance to see for herself! Please give our thanks to your neighbors for their generous offer of the sailing day. My daughter and her fiancé truly enjoyed the day! We got to babysit for the day, lol. We love Alfresco!! We hope to get back again next year. Now back in Maine, some rain, but hopefully no more snow! I'm looking forward to a warm sunny spring and summer!

“I couldn't imagine a lovelier home for our vacation on Virgin Gorda. Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, fabulous views, fantastic air conditioning throughout the home...everyone in our group agreed La Vida couldn't have been better! Susanna and Allison were incredibly helpful, professional and attentive. Elaine and her team did a great job with the housekeeping. If ever we encountered a small issue (ex: needed a battery for the remote control) our needs were attended to right away. It was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had! I would highly recommend this home to anyone vacationing on Virgin Gorda and we hope to return. Our boys do love snorkeling and paddle boarding on Mahoe Bay a bit better than Nail Bay, as it is less rocky, but everything else about this home and location is spectacular! “What a wonderful find - The View is simply gorgeous, we fell in love the moment we arrived! A newly renovated 2 bedroom villa in Long Bay, a gem of a place. The photos don't do this beautiful property justice, the views are simply amazing, the renovation tastefully done in neutral tones with stunning furniture and everything one may need for a relaxed stay on Tortola. The attention to detail makes this Villa extra special. Allison and Anthony were incredible from making the booking to organising transfers, stocking the fridge and arranging for a rental vehicle to be dropped off.
The location was perfect for our needs; walking distance to 2 amazing restaurants, a coffee shop and beach bar for sundowners and Smugglers Cove a short drive away for the perfect beach day. You simply can't go wrong when staying at The View. Thank you Allison and Anthony!”

"A fabulous vacation made easier with the help of Allison. Allison started by finding the perfect Villa for us. She listened to what our needs were and worked closely and quickly with me to find the right fit in the right price range. Celestial House was beyond expectations. Everyday waking up with the hilltop views was breathtaking. I can’t say enough about the fantastic veranda and pool, well stocked gourmet kitchen, family area and private sleeping retreats, everything is well thought out and perfectly situated. The tallest tower with sun lounger and views for miles was a favorite spot for everyone on the trip. Celestial house is simply, a stunner. Allison was a wealth of information and advised us on boat excursions, Scuba operators, and arranged car rentals. I highly recommend Allison, I would definitely work with her again."

“Probably one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in, privately located in the hills overlooking the beautiful ocean. We were three couples and the accommodation worked out perfectly. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with amazing shower areas finished to an exceptionally high standard. Lots of space to relax and enjoy the most stunning views of Long Bay from the pool and terrace with exquisite sunsets from the Bbq area in the evening. Would love to return. “Our incredible BVI's vacation started with Allison. Allison was amazing to work with, providing us vacation information even before we booked a villa. She helped me find a much cheaper airfare to get to BVI, and once booked, she hooked me up with a rental car agency, sailing recommendation (we used Kuralu recommended from a friend of our and it was awesome), dive shop recommendation (Blue Water Divers-highly recommended). Before we arrived, we received a list of restaurant recommendations, and a list of stores to secure provisions, including Riteway, who delivered our pre-ordered groceries to the Villa prior to our arrival”
