The main level has a Chef’s kitchen with premium Wolf appliances, so for anyone who enjoys cooking, you’ll love this set up!  The relaxed living area has a smart television, adjacent office space & Half Bath.  The terrace spans the width of the villa with Alfresco dining for 8 guests, walk up bar for all to enjoy, maybe a sunset cocktail or just a great place to hang out after a day in the islands. Also on this level is the Master bedroom suite offering a serene retreat with private balcony, oversize dressing room, en suite bath with a glass-enclosed shower.

The other three bedrooms are downstairs & provide privacy, comfort for family or friends.  Two King Suites, one Twin bedroom all offer en suite bathrooms & open directly onto a covered ocean-facing veranda.  There is also a laundry room easily located on this floor.

The lower level is dedicated to relaxation, with a yoga & fitness area to keep up with your daily fitness routine!  Full bathroom & direct access to the pool deck make this space perfect for indoor-outdoor living.  The pool terrace includes sun loungers, cushioned seating & a second Alfresco dining area with BBQ.  From this level you can enjoy your private dock to pull up to or a charter pickup perhaps.
