A perfect setting for couples or small family getaway. La Villa is located on the picturesque North shore of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.
La Villa is just a short walk to two of the island’s most beautiful beaches, Long Bay with its mile long white sand & Smugglers Cove an exquisite beach perfect for sunning & swimming! Guests have the whole property to themselves & it is very private.
The charming garden of mature fruit trees & bright flowering plants reflect harmony with nature. You may be lucky enough to sight a green iguana in the garden or the Blue Heron which visits the pool at dusk!
A delightful feature at the front of the house is the pool, fringed by Christmas Palms. Ideal for a refreshing dip or cooling on the pool ledge with a glass at dusk, as you watch the sun set over the hills to the trilling of tree frogs.
The two air-conditioned ground floor bedrooms provide comfortable Queen & King sized four poster beds with a single bed in the middle room for an additional guest. The main bathroom on the ground floor has double sinks & shower. The mezzanine floor bathroom has a stone clad outdoor shower, adding to the ambience of being in nature.
The spacious & elegant living room upstairs has generous seating with beautiful hand-made hardwood furniture. Dining table & chairs for 8, along with a well-equipped kitchen. There is ample cooling from the six ceiling & floor fans to enhance the cross-flow of the ocean breeze. The large verandas on both floors add to the sense of space & feature great views of the lush green hillsides. The sky over the lush Palm Grove and the blue ocean, the islands of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Spit shimmer in the distance.
La Villa is walking distance to restaurants, including the Long Bay Beach Resort & Tropical Fusion. More North shore restaurants are just a short drive away in Apple & Carrot Bays. Enjoy a sundowner & local band in Cane Garden Bay, or explore the rest of the BVI by taking a ferry or day sailboat to the BVI’s many beautiful outer islands. At La Villa, the BVI is at your doorstep.

This villa is super clean and beautiful. fully equipped with everything you need, from towels and linens to kitchen things. Very comfortable. The pool was such a nice bonus too. We used it every day. I highly recommend not only the villa but any of Limeberrys rentals. Jude and Jon are extremely responsive and helpful.

A beautiful house with a gorgeous upstairs balcony on which we ate family dinner, relaxed in the hammock, and enjoyed the evening breeze while staring at the ocean view. The kids loved the pool as well. Highly recommend this location, it definitely delivered!

Wonderful location just around the corner from Smuggler’s Cove. La Villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a busy day on the water or beach. Jude is a wonderful host and very responsive. Thank you again Jon!

Everything in the listing was as advertised and all of the reviews are accurate. The house is beautiful, very clean, great air flow and ac in the rooms. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool and grounds were well kept. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Jude was very helpful and Jon was very responsive. The roosters did not bother me but they may wake up folks who are light sleepers or not early risers. Great location, car definitely recommend. A friend called a cab to the airport and the cab driver had no issue finding the house. Very happy with my stay.

This house is the BEST and at the BEST PRICE!! We had many other friends staying in the area as well that paid far more than we did. The house is PERFECT!! Pool was amazing! the deck upstairs was the best surprise! It's hot here so outside was the best. Great views, nice breeze! I would not walk to Smugglers from here, but it is possible. Best to have a car if you are staying here. Both bedrooms have a great air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to save some cash and cook at home. Bring tea! There are chickens and roosters on the property so be prepared to wake up with them. It was nice though- different but enjoyable. Would love to come back with the family some day! Thank you for making this quick getaway the best!

Great place, nice clean within a 5 minute walk to smugglers cove or long bay. I would suggest getting a car though because there is not much else around besides the beaches.

House was wonderful! Location is fantastic and so close to two awesome beaches. The owner and property manager Jude were very responsive to all questions and requests. It's a great Caribbean house and you will love staying there! Helps to have some transportation options if you want to venture out.

Absolutely fantastic! Jonathan made sure we had everything we needed and Jude took the best care of us here on the island! It felt like we were visiting our friends. Villa has everything you need and is a short walk from two nicest beaches on Tortola. If you want privacy or enjoy long walks, long bay is a place to be. If you want to grab a drink and be entertained, Nigel’s bar at smuggler’s cove is the place to be.

This is a lovely property and a serene neighbourhood the view of the beach and of Jost Van Dyke from the property is breath-taking. The host was very hospitable and friendly and sought to rectify any concerns swiftly.

Where do I start! The house itself is just amazing. It is bright and spacious. The kitchen /lounge/dining area are on the top floor to make the most of the view. It’s secluded and quiet but yet within walking distance to the beach and lovely restaurants. We walked to Nigel’s Beach Bar 10 minutes. We also walked to other restaurants on the other side long bay and tropical fusion restaurants 15minutes but there are others. The walk is very pleasant. Johnathan the host and Jude our main contact was so helpful and at hand and they resolved our issues almost instantly. The outside area has a lovely pool that we enjoyed every day. The grounds are very well kept. We really felt relaxed in this house. Highly recommend on your next visit to Tortola.
