Perched on a cliff's edge, Osprey House is constructed to the highest standards & perfectly positioned to ensure 270 degree views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel & beautiful surrounding British Virgin Islands. Featuring 4 bedrooms, an infinity pool & roll back glass doors that create a unique indoor/outdoor living space.
From the moment you arrive you will be whisked away to your private sanctuary where you will begin your island adventure. After a day of snorkelling & enjoying one of the nearby white sand beaches, you can relax on the patio with a cocktail & take in the gentle trade winds while watching a magnificent Caribbean sunset.
The great room has a large wrap around glass-pocked doors for you to enjoy those wonderful sea views. On the left is the TV / Lounge area with 60” TV, apple TV, HDMI, Dish & a shuffle board table. Ospray House offers a large indoor dining table which seats 12 guests. On the right-hand side there is a fully equipped kitchen. The pocket doors open to the pool deck with a solar-heated infinity pool, sun loungers & a viewing deck built over the cliffs edge. Alfresco dining outside with a 12-seater dining table & separate outdoor lounge with a firepit, BBQ & outdoor bathroom.
The Master bedroom has wrap around glass pocket doors & perfect sea views. A King size bed, walk in closet & private balcony. The bathroom has an indoor/outdoor shower, stand-alone tub, his-and-hers sinks & toilet. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, sea views, private patio & walk-in closet. The bathroom has an indoor-outdoor shower, bathtub, his-and-hers sinks & toilet. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed with a private patio. The bathroom has an indoor-outdoor shower, single sink, and toilet. Bedroom 4 (the kids’ room) has 4 x Queen size bunk beds. The private bathroom has a bathtub, shower, double sinks & toilet.
