This amazing house is a great place to vacation for families or couples enjoying quality time together in this fabulous location.  The private hill top view offers cool trade winds as you sit on the verandas & watch the BVI come to life.  The outdoor living here is certainly one of the best in the world, in terms of luxury & pampering yourself with all the joys that life brings. 

The property is set in 8-acres, so you have the privacy to enjoy the estate once you have been out and about & return to your own sanctuary of this wonderful rental.  You can have full service to look after you during your stay, just ask at the time of rental & we can provide a quote for whatever you need.

The décor has been finished to a very high standard as you would expect, it offers unique elegant antique pieces & many original pieces of artwork.  White linen curtains blow in the breeze, which gives a real dreamy feel as you sit & relax in this setting.  This tropical paradise of the gardens as you wander round the estate.  An oasis of Royal Palms sway in the tropical breeze.    The manicured lawns sweep around the house to give a lovely finish to the grounds, it allow you to sit & enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the Caribbean.  The hammock awaits as well!

The bedrooms are made up of cottages surrounding the main house, so this gives you the opportunity to have some private time & a quiet space from the rest of your guests.  All air conditioned bedroom bathrooms with elegant furnishings.  One of the cottages has 2 bedroom bathrooms with an interconnecting interior hallway for a family to have each other near them.  Couples can still be separate if you wish as the hallway allows for this.  Wrap around verandas look out over the ocean & nearby islands of Norman & Peter Island in the distance.    You can even see St Croix in the very far distance.   Also views over the bustling marina of Soper’s Hole & St John in the USVI is just beyond.   Another of the cottages offers a romantic hideaway with its beautifully appointed bedroom bathroom, again with lovely verandas wrapping around two sides of this cottage.  Sumptuous loungers for you to read & relax during your trip along with stunning views of the BVI.  Great for a honeymoon couple.

If you enjoy working out each day, the gym offers commercial grade equipment in an air conditioned room of this property.
