Summersalt Villa is a lovely 3 bedrooms & separate guest-house in the Belmont Estate.  Smugglers Cove is your nearest beach & you will really enjoy exploring this wonderful beach.

The stone terrace of Summersalt Villa around the pool offers a great place to relax & enjoy the outdoors of the BVI.  The pool terrace is the centre of activity this villa & offers plenty of seating, a fire-pit, outdoor shower, bespoke stainless BBQ grill, umbrella shades & a cocktail area.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout, a large Smart TV in the living area, modern kitchen appliances, washer & dryer.  There is a standby generator that runs on environmentally friendly propane fuel.  The furnishings are custom made & include deep chairs that can unfold into small beds if needed.

The open-air dining table is custom crafted from tropical hardwoods & finished to shining gloss allows for 10 guests. The breezy dining area is near to the professional kitchen, pantry & laundry room.  A large living area is framed by windows & French Doors facing the view of the Cove, the Atlantic & beyond.  There is a short passageway to the Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom & private outdoor shower.

A varnished wooden stairway leads down from the main living area to the 2 bedroom suites below. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower & have glass doors & arched windows opening onto the tropical gardens that surround the property.

The guesthouse offers a complete kitchen, bedroom & bathroom suite. The balcony offers a dining experience of a home within a home, so may suit visiting friends or family joining you for your vacation. The guest balcony has views to the Atlantic, Jost Van Dyke to the north & the sound of waves breaking on the beach.

Summersalt Villa is secluded & quiet but not remote.  A quick walk down a footpath that traverses the gardens is Smuggler’s Cove Beach, one of the prettiest beaches in Tortola. There are two rustic beach bars here that will transport a guest back in time with their friendly & home-made offerings.  A short drive down the narrow roads of this private estate will carry you to Long Bay Resort & the other eateries that abound along the North Shore of Tortola.  In the opposite direction & less than a mile away in Soper’s Hole Marina.  There you will find the ferry port for West End on Tortola & you can take trips to St Thomas & Jost van Dyke or enjoy restaurants or purchase items in the local supermarket.
