Aja is a secluded sumptuous villa perched over Trunk Bay Beach on the north shore of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. The villa offers a unique & memorable experience where you’ll feel pampered in the luxurious surroundings. The outstanding location offers both nature & mesmerising sound of waves lapping the shore.
There are two pavilions connected by a central walkway to the infinity pool. This 5-bedroom property with 4 King size beds & twin beds allow your party the perfect mix of bedrooms for family or friends. During your stay you will enjoy the Asian & Art Deco fusion combining modern furniture in an attractive Indonesian Tree-House layout.
Aja’s outside space welcomes you with extensive tropical landscaping. Magnificent views as you look across Trunk Bay & onward to the chain of islands from Guana through to Necker. To the right of the pool deck sits the living, dining & kitchen areas which you enter through a large outdoor entertaining veranda offering welcome shade from the midday sun. Well-appointed day beds & spectacular sea views await at Aja villa!
The fully equipped kitchen, offers state-of-the-art equipment & features, with all new stainless-steel appliances including 2 dishwashers & 2 full size fridge freezers. The high ceilings with exposed wooden beams provide a large open space, with suspended pendant light fixtures which create a lovely mood at night.
The living area is built for entertainment with a 58″ Samsung TV, indoor & outdoor music system can be enjoyed from the ample seating throughout. The whole side wall slides open, tempting you outside to the cool breezes & the spectacular backdrop of the ocean & lush hills.
The first Bedroom is a short walk from the main entertainment area & offers a lovely bedroom bathroom suite. Across the walkway to the other side of the pool in a separate pavilion is the second bedroom bathroom suite. Both bedrooms with their contemporary style make for a peaceful setting to relax after a day out & about on Tortola. Bedroom 3 is just next door & on the lower level sits the fourth bedroom suite. Bedroom 5 is very private bedroom suite on the lower level under the entertaining area. The balconies in the bedroom suites offer a lovely way to bring the outside in!
